Who Are You? (The Flavour in mind)

Sometimes I bake or cook, and whenever I do, my goal is simple—I want people to enjoy what I’ve made. The purpose behind the food is not just to fill a stomach, but to bring delight, comfort, or even just a smile. That’s the reason I do it: for others to experience the joy in what I’ve created. I am a writer and a speaker—that’s why you’re reading this now. I’ve known who I am for many years, but I avoided engaging with my true self. Some of you know who you are but resist being that person. Others never wanted to find out who they are, choosing instead to just go with the flow. Who are you?
