The Gift of Time

The Gift of Time This is a personal touch from me to you. I am writing to everyone who still has a mom or dad. You may not always see their value in the moment. You might feel as if they don’t mean that much, because you can do things for yourself. I lost both my parents—one while I was still at school, just about to finish my nursing studies, and the other when I was already working but still trying to find my footing. What I always wish I could do is simple: Speak to them, Take them out for lunch, Just catch up and spend time together. Have you ever wanted to spoil someone but couldn’t? It hurts more than a breakup. In a breakup, there’s still a chance you might see that person again. But when your parents are no longer here, the finality cuts much deeper. So if you still have your folks, don’t miss out on the time the universe is giving you with them. It’s only for a limited season, and once it’s gone, you’ll never get it back. Remember, tomorrow is never promised—make today count w...

UNBROKEN SPIRIT.

The feeling of losing can break you. It makes you feel as though something inside you is shattered. You don’t know whether to cry, to be angry, or simply to give up. Then disappointment creeps in. A battle rages in your mind, and you wish you could have done things differently. In life, we lose, and we get disappointed—by situations, by circumstances, and sometimes by the very people we live with or associate with. People will disappoint you. Situations will test you. And when all this piles up, you may even feel like a loser. But here is the lesson: you need to spend time with yourself. Learn to listen to yourself. Get to know who you are. Because once you know yourself, no one can convince you otherwise. You are not a loser—you are a champion. "Being a champion is defined by the way you deal with adversity." If you want to be the champion you were meant to be, always give your best. That way, when you look back, you’ll know without regret that you gave it everything you had

When Life Feels Heavy

Have you ever felt like you’re running through life, giving your best, yet still weighed down by heaviness? You try to move faster, to push harder, but nothing seems to change. The weight is real, and it can make you feel like giving up. But here’s the truth: it’s in those heavy moments that your strength is built. Just like a runner who keeps going when their legs feel weak, you grow the most when you refuse to stop, even when life feels overwhelming. The heaviness does not mean you’re failing — it means you’re being stretched, strengthened, and prepared for what’s ahead. Every step you take, no matter how small, is proof that you’re stronger than the weight trying to hold you down. So when life feels too heavy, don’t quit. Keep moving forward. Your victory is not just in reaching the finish line, but in refusing to stop when the weight tries to break you.
